TENDER DESCRIPTION

The object of the framework agreement consists in the purchase of repair and maintenance services, including MOT, for multi-brand vehicles in the fleet of the Court of Accounts - Zone 2. The technical specifications requested by the contracting authority are included in the specifications (tender documents). The public procurement procedure will be concluded by signing a Framework Agreement for a period of 48 (forty-eight) months, without reopening the competition, with all economic operators whose bids have been declared admissible following the application of the award criterion “best value for money”. During the term of the Framework Agreement, the conclusion of at least 4 (four) subsequent contracts is estimated — maximum 15 subsequent contracts. The duration of the subsequent contracts will be minimum 1 (one) month, maximum 12 (twelve) months. The award of the subsequent contracts will be made depending on the needs of the contracting authority and on the budget funds to be allocated for this purpose.
