TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the framework agreement consists of purchasing repair and maintenance services, including MOT inspections (ITP), for multi-brand vehicles in the fleet of the Court of Accounts - Zone 2. The technical specifications requested by the contracting authority are set out in the specifications (tender documents). The public procurement procedure will be concluded by signing a Framework Agreement for a period of 48 (forty-eight) months, without restarting the competition, with all economic operators whose offers have been declared admissible, following the application of the award criterion “best quality-price ratio”. During the term of the Framework Agreement, the conclusion of at least 4 (four) sub-contracts is estimated - maximum 15 sub-contracts. The duration of the sub-contracts will be minimum 1 (one) month, maximum 12 (twelve) months. The awarding of the sub-contracts will be made depending on the needs of the contracting authority and the budget funds allocated for this purpose.
