TENDER DESCRIPTION

Subsequent contracts that are to be concluded during the performance of the framework agreement will have as their object any or part of the following services: A. Site management services for the investments carried out by the contracting authority up to the threshold at which the provisions of H.G. 1/2018 apply, which require works of reduced complexity, characterized by a limited number of authorization domains for site managers and a reduced number of specialized/authorized persons, mandatory according to the legal provisions for carrying out the works; B. Site management and Supervision services for the investments carried out by the contracting authority up to the threshold at which the provisions of H.G. 1/2018 apply, which require works of high complexity, characterized by an extended number of authorization domains for site managers, a variety of specialized/authorized persons involved, mandatory according to legal provisions for carrying out the works and for whose efficient and lawful execution supervision/coordination is required; C.
