TENDER DESCRIPTION

Framework agreement concluded with a single economic operator, with a duration of 4 years for Sports field Maintenance Services for the Sports facilities under the administration of Arad Municipality, through the Sports Facilities Service, according to the requirements in the specifications, in compliance with all applicable legal provisions. The contracting authority will respond to clarification requests submitted within the deadline provided in section I.1 (18 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders) on the 12th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. The minimum and maximum quantities relating to the framework agreement and the subsequent contracts are found in the specifications.
