TENDER DESCRIPTION

Security services in accordance with Law 333/2003 must ensure the preservation of the assets for the Maintenance and Coordination Centres (CIC) and the Maintenance and Monitoring Centre (CIM), related to each section of the Expressway, as it was handed over or updated by C.N.A.I.R. - S.A. through the Regional Directorate for Roads and Bridges Craiova. Thus, as reported to the provisions of Article 2(1) of Law no. 333/2003 on the security of objectives, assets and values, with subsequent amendments and additions, the ministries and other specialized bodies of the central and local public administration, autonomous administrations, companies and national companies, national institutes for research and development, companies governed by Law no. 31/1990 as republished, with subsequent amendments and additions, regardless of the nature of the social capital, as well as other organizations that hold assets or values under any title, referred to herein as units, are required to ensure their security.
