TENDER DESCRIPTION
This framework agreement is intended to cover the leachate treatment service at the Controlled Waste Disposal Site of Mas de Barberans, including the associated transport for external handling and on-site treatment using a mobile plant. The framework agreement shall be intended to select several authorised operators for the possible EWC codes 19 07 03, 19 07 02, 19 08 12 and 19 08 11 for the treatment of leachate and associated streams (concentrates and sludges), establishing the technical, environmental, economic and performance conditions that will govern the based contracts.
