The contract timeline is as follows:

The total duration of the framework agreement (Acord Marc) will be four (4) years. The framework agreement cannot be extended. The execution period of the framework agreement will begin on the date established in the framework agreement contract. The duration of the based contracts (contractes basats) that derive from this framework agreement is independent of the framework agreement's duration and will be governed by what is established for each based contract. The possibility of extension and/or modification for the based contracts will be foreseen for each specific order.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the formalization of a Framework Agreement to homologate a provider for the supply of the entire catalog of available Microsoft technology products, encompassing all modalities and versions.

The statement of work summary outlines the following key areas:

• Establishing conditions and requirements for the management of requests, incidents, and problems, as well as inventory management for Microsoft cloud technology.
• Defining service level conditions and requirements for EAS (Enterprise Agreement Subscriptions) products provided online in the Cloud, including services for 365 users and other cloud services.
• Setting general conditions for the award and execution of future contracts based on this framework agreement, with the objective of optimizing the usage conditions of the existing infrastructure and the pricing of Microsoft software licenses.

The Framework Agreement specifically grants the right to use the entire catalog of Microsoft technology products available at the time of the tender, across all versions, during its validity period. This includes products currently in use and the flexibility to incorporate new or existing Microsoft catalog products not initially part of the current inventory.

The licensing modalities covered include:

• Software as a Service (SaaS).
• Perpetual right of use purchase.
• Enterprise Agreement Subscriptions (EAS) online.
• Volume Licensing.

The service is characterized as a managed subscription and support service, involving intermediation activities, manufacturer management, and administrative support to ensure service availability. It is primarily a supply contract, with the majority of the cost attributed to license acquisition (96.73%) rather than support services (3.27%).

The detailed services under administration, operation, and subscription support include the comprehensive management of the lifecycle for Microsoft licenses, subscriptions, and support/maintenance. This involves:

• Managing the registration, cancellation, and modification of subscriptions and licenses (individual and collective) within a maximum of two working days from the request date.
• Performing periodic reviews and monthly reconciliations of contracted subscriptions, reservations, and licenses.
• Comprehensive management of order formalization, including purchase orders, contracts, signatures, reservations, and other administrative procedures.
• Managing license reservations and their availability within the relevant management platforms.
• Providing support across various Microsoft licensing portals.
• Resolving inquiries related to licensing and online services.
