Acord Marc per al subministrament de combustible destinat a la flota de vehicles, maquinària i equips adscrits als diferents serveis gestionats per Gestió Municipal de Serveis, SA, en endavant GMSSA. L’Acord Marc té per finalitat homologar un màxim de 3 empreses subministradores que compleixin els requisits tècnics establerts en aquest plec i que puguin proveir combustible a GMSSA durant la vigència de l’acord, d’acord amb les necessitats reals de consum i sense que se’n derivi cap obligació de consum mínim.

TENDER DESCRIPTION

Framework Agreement for the supply of fuel for the fleet of vehicles, machinery and equipment assigned to the different services managed by Gestió Municipal de Serveis, SA, hereinafter GMSSA. The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to approve a maximum of 3 supplying companies that meet the technical requirements established in these tender documents and that can supply fuel to GMSSA during the term of the agreement, in accordance with actual consumption needs, and without any obligation for minimum consumption arising therefrom.
