TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Purchasing and Logistics Department of the Canton of Vaud (DAL) is attached to the General Directorate of Buildings and Heritage (DGIP). Its mission is to ensure, in accordance with the rules of the State and the public procurement regulations in force, the supply of the Vaud Cantonal Administration (ACV) in the following sectors: equipment, furniture, supplies for school and vocational training, printed materials, as well as computer hardware and software. The furniture supply contract, which includes sit-stand desks, is handled throughout the year. The needs of the ACV services are centralized with the DAL. The desks are not stored. They are illustrated and detailed in the form of a catalogue in the online store of the Canton of Vaud (LA PLACE). The supplier(s) delivers/deliver, as and when orders are placed, in accordance with the elements of the specifications & the requirements / response form, including, among other services, the services stated in the suitability criteria, as well as on the basis of the offers and advice provided to the services.
