TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Purchasing and Logistics Department of the canton of Vaud (DAL) is attached to the General Directorate of Buildings and Heritage (DGIP). Its mission is to ensure, according to the rules of the State and current public procurement regulations, the supply of the Vaud cantonal administration (ACV) in the sectors of equipment, furniture, supplies for school and professional training, printed materials, as well as computer hardware and software. The furniture supply contract, which includes sit-stand desks, is handled throughout the year. The needs of the ACV services are centralized with the DAL. The desks are not stocked. They are illustrated and detailed in the form of a catalog in the online store of the State of Vaud (LA PLACE). The supplier(s) deliver(s) progressively according to orders, based on the specifications and requirements / response form elements, including services listed in the suitability criteria, as well as on the basis of the offers and advice provided to the services.
