TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract, in accordance with the clauses and requirements of this specification document, has as its purpose the award of a multiannual contract, referred to as a “call-off contract”, with a duration of four years (48 months), for the supply, during this period, of new tanker trucks, essentially to replace vehicles that are worn out or declassified and also to meet new needs. In accordance with the terms and conditions of this special specification document, the successful bidder undertakes to supply and make operational, in the various services of the emergency zone of Wallonia-Picardy, the vehicles and equipment described in its tender and to provide the assistance necessary for putting them into service. The number of tanker trucks covered by this contract is estimated at between two and four vehicles. However, tenderers are reminded that the quantities indicated in this special specification document are presumed quantities. Consequently, there are no minimum or maximum quantities.
