The contract has an initial duration of 1 year, commencing from the date of its notification. This contract is eligible for tacit renewal up to 3 times.

The timeline is structured as follows:

• Initial Period: 1 year, effective from the notification of the contract.
• Reconduction n°1: 1 year, beginning on the anniversary date of the contract.
• Reconduction n°2: 1 year, beginning on the anniversary date of the contract.
• Reconduction n°3: 1 year, beginning on the anniversary date of the contract.

This structure allows for a potential maximum total duration of 4 years. The buyer will communicate the decision to renew or not renew the contract one month before the current period's end date, and the contractor cannot decline the renewal. An anticipated renewal is possible if the maximum financial limit for a period is reached prematurely, which would consequently shorten the contract's overall maximum validity. The execution period for individual purchase orders is defined in Article 2.2 of the CCTP and begins either on the date specified in the order or upon its reception by the contractor.

The core scope of work for this tender is the acquisition of consumables for the services of the commune of La Hague. This is a framework agreement for supplies, specifically a supply contract for current supplies.

The Statement of Work involves:

• Providing consumables to the various services of the commune of La Hague, with purchases made as needed via purchase orders.
• Submitting a completed technical memorandum.
• Providing a sufficiently detailed technical sheet in French for all items in the price schedule, compiled into a single PDF file and ordered according to the price schedule lines.
• Including a visual for each item in the price schedule, preferably on the technical sheet or separately.
• Supplying catalogs of consumables and associated price lists in PDF format (links are not accepted).
• Furnishing safety data sheets.
• The contract is executed through purchase orders, without a minimum but with an annual maximum, and is mono-attributaire.
• While the supplies themselves cannot be subcontracted, the contractor may engage suppliers and subcontract services related to the supply.
