TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement has as its purpose the acquisition and renewal of Google Workspace Licences, as well as the associated support services. Since 2016, the Google Workspace collaborative suite has been used by staff, elected officials and apprentices of the Chambre de Métiers et de l’Artisanat de Région PACA. The licences must be renewed for the following two (2) domains: 1) cmar-paca.fr 2) urma-paca.fr The description of the expected services is provided in the CCTP and the BPU attached to the DCE. This framework agreement is awarded using the formalised procedure. This is an open tendering procedure in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2124-1, L. 2124-2 and R. 2124-1 and R. 2124-2, and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The services give rise to a single-award framework agreement that is carried out by purchase orders, with no minimum and with a maximum in financial value. Purchase orders may be issued up to the end of the validity period of the framework agreement.
