TENDER DESCRIPTION

-The purpose of this contract is the acquisition of software licences enabling the extension of the collaborative 3D modelling, project management and simulation platform « Dassault systems 3DEXPERIENCE » already used within Aix – Marseille University. -This is a single-award framework agreement implemented as and when purchase orders are issued in accordance with the provisions of Articles L2125-1, R2162-1 to R2162-6 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code (this is the new name for the “framework agreement with purchase orders concluded with an economic operator”). -This is a renewable contract (Article R2112-4 of the Public Procurement Code) The contract takes effect on the date on which the notice of award is received by the contractor for an initial period of 12 months, firm. It may then be renewed for periods of 12 months by tacit renewal by the University without its total duration exceeding 48 months.
