TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement has the purpose of purchasing refurbished mobile phones, tablets and accessories for the benefit of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Region and members of the Regional Purchasing Centre. The precise definition of the need is set out in the CCTP. The award procedure is an open invitation to tender (R. 2124-2 1° of the Public Procurement Code). This is a framework agreement within the meaning of Articles R. 2162-2 and the following of the Public Procurement Code concluded with an economic operator. This is a reserved contract for sheltered employment enterprises, establishments and services providing assistance through work, as well as for structures for reintegration through economic activity, in accordance with Articles L. 2113-12, L. 2113-13 and L. 2113-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement sets out all contractual terms and conditions; it will be performed as and when purchase orders are issued under the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
