TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply, installation, connection, and commissioning of an HTA teaching unit replicating an automated and communicating urban electrical distribution substation. The unit includes: a medium-voltage (MT) secondary compartment with 24 kV insulation of the SM AIRSET IQI type or equivalent, supplemented with two C5 compartments and two P5 protections for simulating an urban network loop; a telecontrol interface incorporating automatic loop reconfiguration (EPAS technology or equivalent) with self-healing function; a thermal monitoring control system (wireless sensors such as TH110); a simulated dry-type HTA/BT transformer equipped with DGPT2 protection; a TGBT with an interlocking chain and a primary/secondary injection kit; a simulated HTA loop energized by BT voltage (400V three-phase) integrating an anti-electric-arc protection and real-time diagnostic sensors. The service includes on-site training of teachers in operational handling of the equipment, as well as technical documentation and a teaching file with practical training (TP) scenarios.
