Lot 1 : Aménagement d'un espace VR en salle 207 de la MFJA

The contract timeline is as follows:

• Contract Start Date: The contract begins from its date of notification.
• Total Duration: The contract lasts for five years.
• Key Milestones/Phases:
• Firm Tranche (Lots 1 and 2) Delivery: All services for the firm tranche must be fully functional within 5 months after the market notification for each lot.
• Optional Tranche n°1: This tranche can be firmed up within three years following the notification of the market. Its realization must occur within 5 months from the notification of the decision to firm up the tranche.
• Maintenance: Global maintenance for the installation lasts for 3 years from its reception by the client.
• Insurance Proof: The contractor must provide proof of insurance within fifteen days from the notification of the contract and before any commencement of execution.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the acquisition and creation of an XR (eXtended Reality) space for the Maison de la Formation Jacqueline AURIOL (MFJA). This project falls under action sheet 9.1 of the PIA CMQE A&S program.

The high-level summary of the Statement of Work and core deliverables includes:

Mandatory Services (Prestations obligatoirement incluses dans l'offre globale):

• Overall Maintenance: Three years of global maintenance starting from the installation's reception.
• Delivery: Complete delivery of all necessary equipment to the MFJA.
• Installation: The entire delivered room must be fully functional within a maximum of five months after the market notification.
• Training:
• Initial training for the setup and use of equipment and software, covering a minimum of 5 people over 2 days.
• Training focused on the utilization of software or hardware tools, covering a minimum of 5 people over 4 days.
• IT Compatibility and Collaboration: All IT tools must be compatible with and validated by the MFJA's IT department, with all IT-related aspects carried out in collaboration with this department.
• XR Space Configuration (Lot 1):
• Permanent installation of furniture (seated workstation) and three essential hardware units (PC/screen/keyboard + mouse/cables).
• Implementation of a cable management solution (e.g., ceiling reel) to prevent tangling during simultaneous use by three individuals.
• Capability for the three PCs to connect via IP address for multi-person immersion.
• Tracking Zone: The floor of the tracking zone must have a distinct, transportable texture for ease of VR movement and later relocation. The zone's dimensions must safely accommodate three people in their own VR/MR environment, occupying a maximum of 12m² within the 38m² available. It must also support HTC Vive PRO headsets and their beacon system, requiring planning for ceiling or wall mounting.

Optional Services (PSE/Tranches optionnelles):

• PSE N°1: Provision of two XR scenarios, including a tutorial and associated training, related to mechanical engineering, to enable immediate use of the XR space upon room 207's reception.
• PSE N°2: Provision of a large screen for headset return display.
• Optional Section N°1: Pertains to the immersion zone.
• Lot 2: Development of an AR Space: This includes the development of an AR solution, description of hardware and software for AR, and implementation of software.
