TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract is for the acquisition of a complete nuclear hyperpolarization system, intended to produce hyperpolarized compounds for imaging and spectroscopy by multi-nuclear magnetic resonance. The contract includes, in particular: • Supply of the complete system and all of its accessories and equipment necessary for its operation; • Delivery and transport of the equipment to the installation site; • Installation, connection and commissioning of the system; • Tests and checks necessary to ensure the equipment operates properly; • Training of users in its operation, its use and the associated routine operations; • A manufacturer’s warranty for a period of one (1) year from the acceptance of the instrument, covering all of the equipment supplied, in accordance with the conditions and procedures defined in the contract documents; • Preventive maintenance services provided in the form of optional lots, the exercise of which may be carried out under the conditions set out in the contract documents, in particular following the warranty period.
