TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the contract is to provide an offer valid for 6 months for a municipal tool carrier suitable for snow-removal work as well as for log yarding and handling work on the banks of rivers. The vehicle will have lateral stability enabling it to carry out crane work on sloping terrain. The offer must in particular include the following equipment: · « multilift » system · 4 steerable wheels · 4 driving wheels · Automatic transmission suitable for snow-removal manoeuvres · A carrier body with crane and stabilizers/outriggers · A high-quality snowplough blade · Power take-offs at the front and at the rear (pre-equipment for any future attachments) As well as the following items as options: · A standard alu carrier body · A carrier body suitable for transporting materials · Adaptation of the Hilltip spreader already owned by the City of Delémont The submitted offer must meet the participation conditions, suitability criteria and the technical specifications detailed in the tender documents.
