TENDER DESCRIPTION

The proposed system must be made, at minimum, of an instrumented mechanical compression frame, an integrated heating system, an enclosure or device enabling atmospheric control, a data acquisition and control system, and the associated safety devices. The minimum technical and functional performances expected for the equipment are specified in the consultation documents. Three additional optional services (PSE) are requested (mandatory presentation and pricing): PSE 1 A controllable multiplexer, with a minimum capacity of 1:16, in order to allow the analysis of several streams simultaneously; PSE 2 A ready-to-use calibration kit, including certified reference gases and the accessories necessary to ensure optimal measurement accuracy. It must be accompanied by a gas expansion/detension system including an outlet directly compatible with the analyser (1/8’’ or 1/4’’, for example); and PSE No. 3: A 2-year, renewable maintenance contract, with guaranteed technical support regarding response times, in particular an intervention time of less than 48 hours.
