The system will be used to conduct condensation and nucleation experiments of various materials introduced into the plasma in powder form. Note that the introduction of chemical elements into the plasma in the form of species dissolved in the solvent will also be a technical option. The powders will be rapidly vaporized in the plasma and then condensed as the vapor moves away from the plasma. During this transport, cooling allows homogeneous nucleation and condensation of nanometer-sized particles which can be collected directly from the vapor along a thermal gradient, without any prior interaction with the chamber. Below the plasma there will be a chamber used for collecting the nucleated particles in the vapor derived from the cooling of the plasma. Nucleation will occur without interaction with the internal walls of the chamber. It will be possible to collect particles generated at different temperatures within the chamber.
