The contract timeline is as follows:

• Total Duration: The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 4 years.
• Contract Start Date: The framework agreement begins from the date of contract notification.
• Contract End Date: The end date is implicitly 4 years after the contract notification date.
• Key Milestones/Phases:
• Deadlines for the execution or delivery of services are set for each purchase order in accordance with the stipulations of the framework agreement documents.
• Payment milestones include: 30% upon the provision of deliverables (which can be global or partial), 40% upon global or partial aptitude verification(s), and 30% upon regular service verification. Admission of services is pronounced after these verification operations.
• Specific deadlines are imposed for certain services:
• Correction of blocking bugs: 1 working day.
• Correction of circumventable blocking bugs: 15 calendar days.
• Correction of non-blocking bugs: At the next update and within a maximum period of one year.
• Availability of adaptations resulting from changes in linked software versions: Date of commercialization in France of the new linked software version plus one year.
• Availability of adaptations resulting from legal and regulatory changes: As of the mandatory legal application date or at the latest 60 calendar days after the publication date of the corresponding texts and/or decrees.
• Correction of software that caused data alteration and data restoration: 1 day.
• A prolongation of the execution period may be granted by the contracting authority under the conditions of article 13.3 of the CCAG-TIC.

• Study and analysis services remotely.

The contract is an "accord-cadre" (framework agreement) with minimum and maximum thresholds, leading to the issuance of purchase orders, and has a duration of 4 years. The services cannot be split into separate lots.
