TENDER DESCRIPTION

The framework agreement will be implemented by issuing purchase orders. The services are paid for at unit prices. This contract has the purpose of the acquisition, installation, maintenance and repair of waste compacting bins with solar energy, as well as the supply of the necessary spare parts. In line with the evolution of the legislative framework, local authorities must now make available equipment enabling waste sorting in places accessible to the public, such as streets, parks and public access establishments (ERP). In this regard, the City of Rennes undertakes to expand its fleet of urban bins by integrating modern, efficient solutions suitable for different uses. The maintenance services include preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance, including spare parts, labour and travel. As these purchases are subsidised, the city plans to acquire 16 compacting bins in the first year.
