• Poste n°1 (Acquisition, implementation, and associated services): The duration for this phase is from the notification of the contract until the positive Verification of Aptitude (VA).
• Poste n°2 (Maintenances): This phase has an initial duration of 12 months, starting from the positive conclusion of the VA. It includes a possibility of tacit renewal for 6 additional periods of 12 months each, and an express renewal for 1 further period of 12 months.

• Technical and functional validation of the backup architecture.
• Assistance for current operation, including daily operation, corrective maintenance, hotline support, and preventive and evolutionary maintenance.
