TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Syndicat Durance Luberon directly manages water and sanitation services through the authority created in 1997 with financial autonomy and is responsible for subscriber management and billing. The contract for the subscriber management software expiring on March 22, 2027, the Syndicat is therefore launching a new tender. The contractor must propose a solution sized to support the evolving number of users and data throughout the duration of the contract. The software must allow the recovery of the entire history of existing data (10 years if possible - 5 years mandatory) and its quality, durability, and scalability must allow for increasing and improving services.
