TENDER DESCRIPTION

This is a framework agreement with purchase orders, with a maximum duration of 4 years, starting from the date it is notified. The date of 15/12/2026 is an indicative date. Max for 4 years: 500 000 euro(s) excluding VAT The framework agreement will be carried out by issuing purchase orders. The maximum execution deadline for the purchase orders is determined as follows: An annual purchase order will be issued for the lump-sum maintenance each year. The maximum execution duration of the purchase order for the core phase is 9 months. For the other services, the maximum execution duration of the purchase orders is 6 months. Regarding the corrective maintenance and intervention part, the maximum execution duration of the purchase orders is specified in Annex 2 of the CCAP. The services are paid for at unit prices. The buyer has decided to limit the number of candidates who will be invited to take part in the tender phase. The minimum and maximum number of candidates it plans to invite is 5.
