TENDER DESCRIPTION
The present contract concerns the supply of a high resolution UV laser lithography system for direct writing (maskless) on photosensitive polymers which will operate in the Clean Room environment of the XLIM laboratory. It will be dedicated to implementing scientific projects of the XLIM laboratory as well as developments of the PLATINOM platform of the University of Limoges, defined within the scope of the PLAFABAD project.
