Acquisition, installation, maintenance et support des equipements audiovisuels du nouveau siege administratif de deux-sevres habitat

The contract takes effect from its notification. The provisional start date for the services is February 1, 2027.

The contract includes maintenance and support services for a duration of 2 years, commencing from the admission of the equipment installation services.

Key milestones and phases:

• The contractor has one month from the notification of the service order to begin supplying and installing the equipment.
• Training on the use of the equipment must be completed within fifteen calendar days after the admission of the equipment installation services.
• A total warranty (parts and labor) of at least two years begins from the date of notification of the admission decision or, if no decision is made, within fifteen days after the completion of the installation service.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the acquisition, installation, implementation, and maintenance of audiovisual equipment and a dynamic display system for the administrative headquarters of Deux Sèvres Habitat.

The key deliverables and scope of work include:

• Installation of Audiovisual Equipment: This encompasses various components for a modular board room and other meeting rooms.
• Video Diffusion: Includes projectors, various sized screens for different rooms (council, meeting, reception, cafeteria, halls, CSE, training), HDMI distributors, and AVOIP decoders.
• Audio Diffusion: Consists of ceiling speakers and amplifiers for the council and meeting rooms.
• Video and Audio Captation: Features PTZ cameras, all-in-one web conference bars for meeting rooms, a conference central unit, conference posts, gooseneck microphones, DECT access points, and DECT transmitters.
• Connection Means: Provision of wireless diffusion systems and AVOIP encoders.
• Infrastructure (Audio and Video): This covers AV switches, a video mixer, HDMI to USB converters, audio processors, audio recorders, an audiovisual bay, and a controllable power strip.
• Automation and Control Infrastructure: Includes an automate, touch tablets (7' control tablet, iPad), and wall keyboards.
• Dynamic Display System: Acquisition of software, third-party tools (if necessary), specific developments, hardware (screens and supports), and services for its implementation and maintenance. The system aims to improve reception quality, site conviviality, and information transmission through multimedia content creation, management, diffusion, planning, real-time supervision, centralized screen administration, user management, and integration capabilities.
• Maintenance and Warranty: Preventive maintenance for a duration of 2 years following the CCTP (Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières). The material warranty must be a minimum of 2 years.
• Formation and Assistance: Training for DSI reference agents on equipment use, functionality verification, and maintenance, along with technical assistance during initial use, which serves as site acceptance. A simplified user manual and a logbook for dysfunctions/improvements are to be provided.
