• Global Execution Period: This phase, which includes delivery, installation, configuration, handover, and commissioning of the equipment, has a maximum duration of twenty (20) calendar weeks from the date of contract notification.
• Advance Payment Eligibility: An advance payment can be granted within thirty (30) days from the contract notification, provided the contract amount exceeds €50,000 HT and the delivery period is more than two (2) months.
• Warranty Period: The warranty for the equipment begins on the date the administration admits the service and must be a minimum of twelve (12) calendar months.
