TENDER DESCRIPTION

The proposed system shall be constituted at minimum by an instrumented mechanical compression frame, an integrated heating system, an enclosure or device enabling atmospheric control, a control and data acquisition system and associated safety devices. The minimum technical and functional performance expected of the equipment is specified in the consultation documents. Variants at the initiative of the bidder are authorised on the following points: Variant No 1: Vacuum or controlled atmosphere system; the number of bids for Variant No 1 is limited to two (2). Two possible additional services (PSE) are requested ((presentation and pricing are mandatory)): PSE No 1: an additional 12-month warranty extension after the initial 24-month warranty and PSE No 2: additional environmental control devices. Three possible additional services (PSE) are proposed (presentation and pricing are optional): PSE No 3: local measurement of deformations, PSE No 4: secondary vacuum and PSE No 5: rapid quenching after deformation.
