TENDER DESCRIPTION

The proposed system must constitute a complete 3D mobile mapping solution. An integrated or modular architecture is accepted provided that all the performances specified in the special clauses document are demonstrated and that the different sub-systems are synchronized and supplied with the means necessary for their operation. The minimum expected technical and functional performances of the equipment are specified in the consultation documents. Two additional optional services (PSE) are requested (mandatory presentation and pricing): PSE No. 1 - Extension of the warranty by an additional 12 months after the initial warranty period. This extension must cover the parts, labour, travel and transport necessary to restore the equipment to working condition, and PSE No. 2 - Preventive and corrective maintenance contract for a duration of five years after the warranty, including regular verification, the control/calibration operations recommended by the manufacturer and access to technical support for a minimum duration of five (5) years.
