The project includes: * The complete replacement of luminaires at end of life and/or in poor condition (lighting over 20 years old), including any possible adaptation of the fixing system: CFC 232 → Electrical description, Engineer’s conditions (electricity), price schedule, annexed documents * Replacement of the light sources (“retrofit”) of luminaires in good condition of less than 20 years (T8/T5 tubes replaced with compatible LED tubes, including wiring modifications): CFC 232.1 → Electrical description, Engineer’s conditions (electricity), price schedule, annexed documents * Supply and installation of standard and custom-designed lighting fittings: CFC 233 → Lighting fittings description, Engineer’s conditions (electricity), price schedule, annexed documents * Phased upgrading of lighting management and control systems (light level dimming, presence detectors, twilight sensors): CFC 232.2 → Electrical description, Engineer’s conditions (electricity), price schedule, annexed documents For all floors of the BH building of the CHUV (floors 12/13/14/15/16/17 as an option).
