The project includes: * The complete replacement of luminaires that are at end of service life and/or in poor condition (lighting over 20 years old), including any adaptation of the fixing system: CFC 232 → Electrical description, engineers' conditions (electricity), price schedule, annexed parts * The replacement of the light sources (“retrofit”) of luminaires in good condition and less than 20 years old (T8/T5 tubes replaced with compatible LED tubes, including cabling modifications): CFC 232.1 → Electrical description, engineers' conditions (electricity), price schedule, annexed parts * Supply and installation of standard and custom-made luminaire fittings/fixtures: CFC 233 → Fittings/fixtures description, engineers' conditions (electricity), price schedule, annexed parts * Phased upgrading of lighting management and control systems (light dimming, presence detectors, twilight sensors): CFC 232.2 → Electrical description, engineers' conditions (electricity), price schedule, annexed parts For all floors of the BH building of the CHUV (floors 12/13/14/15/16/17 optional).
