TENDER DESCRIPTION
The project includes: * Complete replacement of luminaires at end of service life and/or in poor condition (lighting more than 20 years old), including any necessary adaptation of the mounting system: CFC 232 → Electrical description, engineer’s conditions (electricity), pricing schedule, annexed items * Replacement of the light sources ("retrofit") of luminaires in good condition that are less than 20 years old (T8/T5 tubes replaced by compatible LED tubes, including cable modifications): CFC 232.1 → Electrical description, engineer’s conditions (electricity), pricing schedule, annexed items * Supply and installation of standard and custom luminaires (lustrerie): CFC 233 → Lustrerie description, engineer’s conditions (electricity), pricing schedule, annexed items * Phased upgrading of lighting management and control systems (light level dimming, presence detectors, twilight sensors): CFC 232.2 → Electrical description, engineer’s conditions (electricity), pricing schedule, annexed items For all floors of the BH building of the CHUV (floors 12/13/14/15/16/17 optional).
