Constructys reserves the right to enter into one or more contracts for similar services without prior advertising or competitive tendering under the conditions provided for in Article R.2122-7 of the Public Procurement Code. Renewals: Yes. This public contract is concluded from its date of notification for a period of twelve months. At the end of the first contractual period of 12 months, the public contract may be tacitly renewed 3 times for further new periods of 12 months. In the event that Constructys decides not to renew the public contract, it shall inform the Contracting Party via Constructys’s e-procurement platform no later than 2 months before the expiry of the current contractual period.
