Execution of the improvement and renovation works for the facilities and subsequent operation of the service. It is the obligation of the successful ESE to cover the following services: Energy management and supply, Full Maintenance and Guarantee, Improvement and renovation works for the facilities, Investments in energy savings and in renewable energy, Extraordinary Lighting, Independent contract control and monitoring office, Corrective and modification maintenances.
