TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract aims to update the combined effects analyses of the decarbonization and reindustrialization program of the industrial-port area of Fos-sur-Mer and the surroundings of the Berre pond. The analysis currently covers 28 projects and extends to the 2040 horizon. It goes beyond the regulatory framework prescribed by the Environmental Code and applies to a broad temporal and geographic scope by integrating known projects intending to establish themselves in this territory, some of which have been subject to an authorization or opinion from the Environmental Authority (MrAe, IGEDD, or Ae). It takes into account 3 geographic scales: the central dock, the ZIP, the global area extending as far as Manosque (04) and Jonquières (30).
