TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contract aims to update the combined effects analyses of the decarbonization and reindustrialization program of the industrial-port zone of Fos-sur-Mer and the surroundings of the Berre pond. The analysis currently covers 28 projects and projects forward to the 2040 horizon. It goes beyond the regulatory framework prescribed by the Environmental Code and applies to a broad temporal and geographical scope, including known projects wishing to settle in this territory, some of which have been subject to authorization or opinion by the Environmental Authority (MrAe, IGEDD, or Ae). It takes into account 3 geographical scales: the central dock, the ZIP, and the global zone extending to Manosque (04) and Jonquières (30).
