The contract timeline is as follows:

• Total Duration: The framework agreement is valid for two years from its formalization, with a possible one-year extension.
• Start Date: The formalization date of the agreement is September 1, 2026.
• End Date: Based on the initial two-year term, the agreement would end on September 1, 2028. If the one-year extension is exercised, it would end on September 1, 2029.
• Key Milestones/Phases (for specific studies under the framework agreement): The execution of specific studies includes stages such as recruitment and selection of participants, methodological validation, execution of fieldwork, delivery of partial results, submission of a draft final report, and delivery of a final report.

The core scope of work for this tender involves providing consultancy and technical assistance for the design, planning, execution, analysis, and interpretation of studies using qualitative techniques, promoted by the Public Andalusian Foundation, Centro de Estudios Andaluces M.P.. This includes the processing of obtained information, analysis and interpretation of results, and the preparation of technical, executive, or dissemination reports, along with any other complementary activities essential for ensuring the scientific and technical quality of the studies.

The services generally encompass:

• Methodological design of the study and selection of the most suitable research technique.
• Development and validation of scripts, protocols, materials, or information collection instruments.
• Recruitment, selection, and validation of participants or expert individuals according to profiles defined by Fundación CENTRA.
• Logistical and organizational management of sessions or interviews, including incentive management when applicable.
• Moderation, conduction, or facilitation of sessions by qualified personnel.
• Recording, transcription, or systematization of obtained information, where appropriate.
• Qualitative analysis and interpretation of collected information.
• Preparation of results reports and other deliverables specified in the contract.

Key deliverables include:

• At the start of the service: A Work Plan detailing methodology, timeline, participant profiles, research techniques, and fieldwork planning.
• During the execution of the service: Progress reports on results, technical datasheets of activities (including techniques used, participant profiles, recruitment methodology, location/modality, dates, duration, and fieldwork incidents), partial results from different research techniques, and an advance of the Final Report for review by Fundación CENTRA. Specific reports or progress on concrete aspects may be requested.
• At the end of the service: A Final Results Report in an editable electronic format (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, or equivalent), accompanied by all technical documentation generated during the study's execution. This report must include an index, introduction and study objectives, methodology, technical sheet, results organized by thematic areas, analysis and interpretation of results, conclusions and main findings, an executive summary, and bibliographic references. Annexes will incorporate scripts, protocols, information collection instruments, field reports, transcriptions, and materials used during fieldwork, as well as any other documentation requested by the Foundation.
