TENDER DESCRIPTION
This Framework Agreement (FA) aims to approve the supplier for the provision of the entire catalog of available Microsoft technology products, in any available modality and version, as well as to establish: - The conditions and requirements for the management of requests, incidents and problems, as well as inventory management in the use of Microsoft technology in the Cloud. - The conditions and service level requirements for products in EAS modality provided online in the Cloud (Online Services: 365 users and cloud, etc.) - The general conditions for the award and execution of future contracts resulting from this framework agreement, to achieve optimal conditions for the use of the current inventory and Microsoft software license pricing.
