TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide travel agency services and to regulate the terms that will govern contracts based on this agreement. The service consists of booking management and travel organisation, including the issuance of air transport tickets, national and international, and rail tickets, their delivery, modification or cancellation, as well as the management of accommodation bookings and the contracting of rooms necessary for the holding of the various activities. It shall cover the comprehensive management of accommodation and travel arrangements for staff, guests, collaborators, artists, technicians and other participants in the activities scheduled by Teatro Cervantes de Málaga and Iniciativas Audiovisuales, S.A. The framework agreement may be awarded to one or two companies. Division into lots is not applicable. The distribution of activities in Block A (30th edition of the Festival de Málaga and MAF) and Block B (MAFIZ 2027 and the rest of the company’s programming) does not constitute a division into lots; rather, it is an allocation system for the contracts based on this agreement between the awarded companies.
