The subject of the public contract includes: - construction and finishing works, - works on electrical installations, - works on mechanical installations. The apartments planned for renovation are vacant. The bathrooms are located in apartments occupied by tenants. The contract specification is attached to the tender documentation. The works must be completed no later than 200 days after the commencement of the work on the first apartment or bathroom.
