TENDER DESCRIPTION

The planned intervention in the area will consist of the adaptation of the ground floor of "Menegin’s house" – the premises of the Narodna glazba Vela Luka (Vela Luka Folk Music). The works are planned to be carried out in accordance with Article 5 of the Regulations on Simple and Other Structures and Works. The works will be carried out on the ground floor, on the existing building, for the purpose of rearranging, i.e. adapting the space to new needs, according to which the layout of the space changes, the building’s non-load-bearing partition elements and/or installations are modified, and which changes do not affect the fulfilment of mechanical resistance and stability for the structure and/or fire safety, and do not change the compliance of the building with the location conditions in accordance with which it was constructed.
