TENDER DESCRIPTION

Adaptation of a building for the needs of a memory room in the Municipality of Mirzec 1). The subject of the contract is to carry out construction works as part of the project titled “Adaptation of a building for the needs of a memory room in the Municipality of Mirzec”, in the locality of Osiny – the CTL building co-financed from the funds of the Regional Programme European Funds for Świętokrzyskie 2021–2027, Measure 6.4 “Local Development Led by the Community”. 2). The scope of the contract includes carrying out renovation works in a building intended for the needs of the Memory Room, in particular: - restoration of the building façade by cleaning it, local repair of damage, priming, and painting with silicone paint; - execution of a new decorative finish of the marmolit type on the building plinth; - repair of external stairs together with replacement of claddings, execution of leveling layers, and installation of finishing elements; - renovation of the access ramp for persons with disabilities by replacing the paving with paving stones; - restoration of the wooden structure of the entrance canopy to the building; - painting of railings and handrails; - renovation of the rooms…
