1. The subject of the contract is the adaptation of part of the office building located at Orzeszkowa Street 15 and Jana Pawła II Avenue 40 for residential premises. 2. The detailed scope of the contract and the requirements of the Contracting Authority are specified in the design documentation developed by APA ARCHES Limited Partnership with its registered office in Poznań and the contract template, which constitute annexes no. 2, 2a, and 4 to the Terms of Reference (ToR). 3. The construction works covered by the contract include: 3.1. Basic (guaranteed) contract, which includes the adaptation of part of the office building located at Orzeszkowa Street 15 and Jana Pawła II Avenue 40 for residential and service premises, detailed in the design documentation prepared by APA ARCHES Limited Partnership with its registered office in Poznań, which constitutes annex no. 2 to the ToR. 3.2.
