Adaptation of the basements of the Primary School building for use as emergency shelter for the civilian population - design documentation 1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of complete technical documentation concerning the adaptation of selected basement rooms in the building, together with obtaining on behalf of the Contracting Authority all arrangements, opinions and administrative decisions required by law, enabling the submission of an application for a building permit or the filing of a notification of construction works – if necessary.2. The documentation is to include solutions regarding the functional-spatial layout of the rooms, strengthening of structural elements (familiarity with the technical expert opinion), ensuring safe entrances and evacuation routes, ensuring adequate ventilation, emergency lighting, sanitary installations, and organising space enabling the safe stay of persons for the period required for emergency shelter. The design is also to take into account requirements concerning signage, access routes, equipment, and the rules for using the facility in emergency situations.3.
