ADAPTATION OF PREMISES AT LEVEL -1 IN BUILDING B FOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHING A CRYOTHERAPY ROOM ON THE PREMISES OF THE INDEPENDENT PUBLIC SPECIALIST WESTERN HOSPITAL IM. ST. JOHN PAUL II IN GRODZISK MAZOWIECKI, TOGETHER WITH DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF THE CRY0CHAMBER - REPEAT The subject of the contract is the adaptation of premises at level –1 in Building B for the purpose of establishing a Cryotherapy Room on the premises of the Independent Public Specialist Western Hospital im. St. John Paul II in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, together with delivery, installation and commissioning of the cryochamber. The scope of the contract includes in particular general construction and adaptation works, sanitary works, ventilation, plumbing and drainage, heating and cooling works, electrical works, low-voltage works in the scope of SSP and DSO, execution of the installation/pipework for supplying the cryochamber with liquid nitrogen together with the necessary fittings and safety elements, delivery, installation, commissioning and tests of the cryochamber, and training of the Ordering Party’s personnel.
