TENDER DESCRIPTION

Adaptation of an annex rooms for the operational needs of the Voluntary Fire Department (OSP) Chwałowice The subject matter of the contract is renovation and adaptation of an annex rooms for the operational needs of the Voluntary Fire Department (OSP) Chwałowice. The rooms to be renovated have the following dimensions in plan: 355x420 cm with a height of 240 cm and 105x420 cm with a height of 255 cm. The external walls of the annex are insulated and finished with silicone plaster; windows have been replaced with new ones. The roof is watertight and covered with thermally bonded roofing felt (termowelded). The scope of renovation works includes: a) demolition/breaking through a door opening in the brick wall separating the above-mentioned rooms, with dimensions 105x210 cm, including supply and installation of a steel lintel 2xIPE160 L=2x135 cm, b) dismantling external doors together with the frame, c) breaking up the concrete floor slab together with lowering the floor to obtain the appropriate room height, d) breaking up the existing plaster on the walls and ceiling, e) insulating the annex ceiling in the part of the unused attic with mineral wool thickness 25 cm (15 cm + 10…
