Adaptation of the premises of the Day Rehabilitation Facility of the Independent Public Healthcare Team of Healthcare Facilities in Lipsk under the project “Comprehensive rehabilitation close to home.... 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works consisting in the adaptation of the premises of the Day Rehabilitation Facility of the Independent Public Healthcare Team of Healthcare Facilities in Lipsk under the project “Comprehensive rehabilitation close to home – Project SPZZOZ in Lipsk as part of support from the European Funds”, carried out under the grant project no. FEMA.05.06-IP.01-09OT/25, carried out under the Programme “European Funds for Mazovia 2021-2027”, co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund. 2.
