Adaptation of the premises for a equipment rental service as part of the project: "Active life in the local community" 1. The subject of this contract is the execution of an investment entitled: "Adaptation of the premises for an equipment rental service" in the Senior Club building, Plac Wolności 3, 62-740 Tuliszków2. NOTE: The project documentation attached to the procedure includes the execution of the entire investment; however, the subject of this contract includes exclusively construction works at the basement level comprising: Demolition works Ceiling Walls Floors Door joinery Electrical installations: lighting3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the scope include: a) Project documentation, b) Bill of quantities (the bill of quantities is for auxiliary purposes), c) Technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, constituting Appendices No. 1 to the SWZ.
